If you install the fresh KiCad version and documentation on you native language is not present in the PDF format, this mean - you native languages documentation is obsolete.
You can help to the project by documentation translation from english to you native language at The Wikibooks.
There is nothing difficult with the usage of wiki-technology.

The documentation source code in OpenDocument format can be found in the kicad-doc-{version}.tar.bz2 package or fetched from the Kicad Subversion tree.
Interface
KiCad interface was translated to different languages.
The language set by operating system will be used when you start KiCad programs.
If KiCad interface was not translated to you native language, then english will be used.
If you cannot find you language in the list of translations, you can translate interface by self.
Interface translations can be easy added with poedit program usage.
The KiCad source code does not require any changes for new translation.
Please take a look to the kicad/doc/help/GUI_Translation_HOWTO.pdf document (from the installed KiCad tree) for the translation nuances.
